Our Management style has always been one of harnessing and nurturing potential and individuality from within the community. We have assembled a team of players with powerful personalities and "can-do" attitudes, recognising the need for Black Empowerment in our economy.

This empowerment extends to every facet of our operations including Management, Professional and Factory staff and Suppliers with whom we interact for services of waste removal, transportation, finishing services and other printing requirements. We are exceptionally proud of the tenacity and potential of our staff, some of whom joined us originally as garden and domestic workers. Today they are integral members of our production team.

We take great pride in enabling our staff to clinch growth opportunities within the company, and provide all employees with in-house training. Our profit sharing initiative means every employee, based on yearly performance, is entitled to a share in the financial returns of the company.
